No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. Also product opening photo is muat. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
